Marine Conservation Dive Package

To celebrate our commitment to Project Aware we are launching a new and exciting Marine Conservation Package for the divers who want to make a difference
Recently we signed up to the Adopt a Dive Site initiative, launched by Project AWARE. Here we do monthly clean ups on certain dive sites in Tofo, monitoring their health and recording the data on the Project AWARE app
Liquid has always been very green orientated, being the first PADI Green Star rated dive centre in Tofo, and we want to share this passion with you! The package will consist of 8 conservation oriented dives, a couple of Ocean Safaris and classroom sessions, teaching you why we are impacting the environment so much and what we can do to start changing it.
At the end of the week you will be certified with 5 Project AWARE conservation Specialties, and will have access to all the data and photographs taken on your trips via a google drive folder.
This package is great way to not only relax on your lazy beach holiday but also learn and give back to nature! With or without accommodation there are a few options to suit your holiday needs, drop us an email to find out more.

Harnessing the unique underwater skill set of the scuba diving community, Adopt a Dive Site empowers dive leaders around the globe to engage in ongoing, local protection of our underwater playgrounds. As part of our commitment to Project AWARE’s flagship citizen-science program, Dive Against Debris™, Liquid carries out monthly Dive Against Debris surveys, reporting types and quantities of marine debris found underwater each month from our adopted dive sites: Clownfish Reef, Salon, Giant’s Castle and Manta Reef.
Our repeated marine debris surveys help improve the health of local ocean ecosystems. More importantly, the data we submit to Project AWARE provides much-needed information about marine debris to help drive policy change. Together, Liquid and other Adopt a Dive Site participants around the world build a strong and vibrant community of Dive Against Debris activists. Help us ignite a new wave of stewardship - join us! WHALE SHARK!!!
Liquid Dive Adventures, divers from Sweden
Say HI to Johan and Åke, two Swedish brothers diving and staying with us for a week. They’ve absolutely loved their dives and the whole stay with us, but thats not all… Åke has been in search of a whale shark for forty years!!! He’s been traveling around the word to see one and finally, here in Tofo, his dreams came true!
They were on their way home from the northern dive sites when they saw it, swimming peacefully, as if it was waiting for Åke ;-).
