There’s something pretty special about eating food grown just down the path from where you’re sitting. Our machamba is part of everyday life at Liquid, giving our kitchen fresh vegetables, herbs and seasonal produce to work with. It’s also home to our pigs and chickens. Our pigs help us make good use of food waste from the restaurant, while our chickens keep us supplied with fresh eggs for breakfast.

We grow what we can, buy locally when we can, and let good ingredients do the talking.
