Freediving is the purest form of exploring the underwater world!.
Freediving is about inner power, discipline and control. By taking the PADI freediver course with one of our experienced instructors you learn techniques to comfortably enjoy the wonderful world below the surface. You will be amazed by what you are capable of and discover why freediving is one of the fastest growing water sports today.
The PADI Freediver course consists of 3 main phases:
• Knowledge development about freediving principles through classes led by our Instructor
• Confined water session to learn breathhold techniques as well as static and dynamic apnea. The goal is to reach static apnea of 90 seconds and dynamic apnea of 25m/80ft
• Open water sessions to practice free immersion and constant weight free dives, plus proper buddy procedures. The goal is to achieve a constant weight free dive of 10m/30ft
