Are the rooms Air-Conditioned?
There are indeed! Especially useful for January and February!
Is breakfast included?
It sure is! You have the pleasure of eating breakfast in our on-site restaurant with the daily breakfast specials! You might be lucky to have a freshly baked croissant with homemade jam or waffles whilst you're staying with us!
What time is Check-In/Check-Out?
Check-in is after 14h00 but if you arrive earlier and the room is free, you are welcome to check-in earlier. If the room isn't ready and you're before 14h00, you can lock your bags up in our office, get changed into your swimmers in 1 of our changing rooms, and get yourself in the ocean or the pool then dry off with a ice cold drink in the sunshine whilst you wait!
Check-out is at 10h00 so have a slow start and leisurely breakfast before hitting the road.
How and when do I pay?
If you book in advance, we need a 50% deposit to secure the booking and then you can pay the rest when you get here.
You can pay with PayPal or Bank Transfer in advance, and you can pay with either of those or with cash (MZN, ZAR, USD, EUR) or with credit/debit card. Please note, there is a 5% charge on all card payments because the naughty bank charges us 5% on every transaction!
Can our children share the room?
Our cabins are for 2 adults. We can squeeze a very small bed for a little one but it's not going to be very roomy! If you choose the option of having a small bed put into the room, for babies, there is no charge. For children between 2 and 10, 1 additional bed can be provided for €15 per night. For children over 10, it is €25 per night.
Will you collect us from the airport?
We can arrange a transfer for you from Inhambane airport for the price of €15 each way. We can organise road transfer from/to Maputo, Vilankulos or other requested places in Mozambique and South Africa. Please ask for us a quote.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that plans may change. If you cancel over 59 days of arrival, there's no charge. If you cancel between 59 and 30 days before arrival, you'll need to pay 30% of the invoice. Between 29 and 15 days before arrival, it's 50%; between 14 and 8 days, it's 75% and less than 8 days before arrival, it's 90% of the invoice.
The only exception to this is peak season bookings 15.12-15.1. From the date of booking until 60 days before arrival: 25% of the invoice non refundable.
